Si estender\u00e0 da ovest, porto di Callao, a est della metropoli, parallelamente al fiume Rimac , attraversando un totale di 27 stazioni lungo 27 km di binari. Interamente sotterranea, pi\u00f9 uno sperone sotterraneo di 8 km per l&#8217;aeroporto che costituir\u00e0 la prima sezione della linea 4.
